Who are we?
We’re a London-based leadership and management training company working with organisations across the UK and internationally.
For 16 years we’ve built a community of specialist trainers and coaches with shared values, who design and deliver practical, hands-on learning with humanity and emotional intelligence at its heart.
We have large, comfortable, light-filled training rooms in the quiet oasis of Staple Inn easily accessible by Chancery Lane tube.
What do we do?
We deliver public courses and tailored in-house leadership training programmes covering senior leadership development, line management, communication skills, presentation skills, influencing, and strategic planning.
We work with everyone from new managers to senior leaders, helping people build on strengths to communicate with confidence, empathy and authenticity at work and in life. We often work with small groups and two facilitators.
